This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Kvio.ai's AI video and image generation tools. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Kvio.ai to generate, distribute, or promote:

Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive imagery, undressing, or explicit sexual acts — including AI-generated versions of the above.
Hateful or discriminatory content: Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Violent or graphic content: Gratuitous violence, gore, self-harm, or depictions intended to threaten or intimidate individuals.
Child exploitation material: Any content that sexualizes minors in any form. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Deepfakes and non-consensual media: Realistic synthetic media depicting real individuals without their consent, particularly for defamation, harassment, or deception.
Misinformation: Content designed to deceive, spread false information, or impersonate real people or organizations.
Illegal content: Material that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Content Moderation

Kvio.ai applies automated content filtering to all AI generation prompts. Prompts that violate this policy will be rejected. We continuously improve our filters to prevent harmful content generation.

Platform Independence Disclosure

Kvio.ai is an independent platform that provides a user-friendly interface built on top of third-party AI models including Google Veo 3, Runway Gen4, Kling, xAI Grok, and others. Kvio.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Runway, Kuaishou, xAI, OpenAI, or any other model provider.

References to these models within our platform are for informational purposes only, indicating which underlying models power specific generation features.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please contact us at team@kvio.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Remove any content that violates this AUP.
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Report illegal content to law enforcement authorities.
